Snow Day

Today we woke up to more snow, but it meant that Daddy got a snow day. As a military family this is an unusual occurrence, so we’ve made the most of it with a long, lazy morning of coffee and The Great British Baking Show on Netflix while I try to find the inspiration to clean a bit in preparation for Christmas decorating in the coming weeks. 

To show that I do still love all things autumn, even though I’m also enthusiastically counting down to Christmas, (Eight weeks exactly, in case you were wondering.) I chose my gorgeous pumpkin mug for my coffee this morning. I still had peppermint mocha coffee though. Balance.
