Special Visitor

Today we had a special visitor, and my cup is so full now that it’s very much running over. 

I have a very hard time living away from family. We try to make it home as often as possible, and family is always welcome to visit out here, but time together is still more rare than I’d like. This past Christmas marked a year since we’d been home, and it had been even longer since we’d had a visitor out here in Colorado, which is why I was so excited when my cousin let me know he was going to be in town briefly and wanted to get together. 

I wish we’d had longer. I always do, but we made the most of the time we had, and I feel so blessed to have family that will go out of their way to spend time with us when we all have the chance,
